Welcome to the Lake In The Woods Owners Association Estoppel Request Portal. This page is dedicated to providing title companies, real estate attorneys, and lending institutions with the necessary documentation and financial standing certificates required for property transfers within our community. In accordance with Florida Statute and our governing documents, all estoppel requests must be submitted through the secure form below to ensure accurate processing and timely delivery. For your convenience, the official Declaration of Covenants, Bylaws, and Articles of Incorporation are available for download in the "Governing Documents" repository below to assist with your due diligence.

ESTOPPEL REQUESTS

All requests for a Certificate of Assessment (Estoppel) must be submitted via the form below.
​Estoppel certificates are issued in accordance with Florida Statute § 720.30851. The Association reserves the right to charge a fee for the preparation of each certificate as authorized by the Board of Directors.
​All certificates are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of electronic issuance.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing in accordance with Florida Law.
